HEMMA Ventures Limited is a Tanzanian investment holding and venture-building company. We originate and incubate ventures, provide strategic and operating support, and allocate capital for long-term growth.
We are sector-agnostic by design. Our decisions are driven by the quality of the opportunity, the problem being solved, the economics of the business and our ability to create meaningful value.
Today, our primary focus is building ventures from within HEMMA. Over time, we intend to selectively invest in external businesses and entrepreneurs where there is strong strategic and economic alignment.

We take an active ownership approach, providing governance, strategic direction, capital allocation and shared capability while allowing each venture to build its own operating rhythm.

We allocate capital where we believe meaningful long-term value can be created. Initially, that capital is concentrated in ventures we originate; our mandate may expand selectively over time.
